Notion is seeking a Senior Enterprise Technical Support Specialist to deliver premium technical support and strategic guidance to its largest enterprise customers. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping organizations maximize the value of Notion while ensuring seamless adoption of advanced platform features and AI-powered capabilities.
Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, support executive stakeholders, and drive long-term customer success. You'll also help shape and scale Notion's Premium Support program by improving processes, documentation, and operational excellence.
