Antimetal is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound growth and build the foundation of our go-to-market engine. In this role, you'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through a combination of personalized outreach, account-based prospecting, and scalable outbound campaigns.
You'll work closely with the GTM team to identify target accounts, test messaging strategies, optimize outreach performance, and generate qualified opportunities. We're looking for a highly analytical and results-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys turning experiments into repeatable growth systems.
